Who are we

Head of Charity – Valery Diomin

Valery is an aeronautical engineer by profession, today he is working as a computer engineer.
Valery is responsible for all the medical treatment together with the charity’s vet.
Valery has sacrificed not only nearly all of his free time during the last two and a half years but also most of his salary rescuing and taking care of animals, specifically cats. As far as he is concerned, every cat has a soul and is entitled to a long and happy life. Valery never gives up on the life of a cat even if the situation seems impossible. Valery’s home is full of cats that need special medical care which he takes upon himself without a second thought (regardless of the time and money involved).

Members of the Charity

Orit Casif – Ex-television presenter, today she owns a studio for designing jewellery. Orit is responsible for recruiting volunteers, donators and professionals who are willing to help. She is also actively working with the local authorities regarding neutering of street cats in her residential area.

Angela Chen - Angela has been caring for animals since her childhood. She is a trained reflexologist. Angela deals with the financial donations to the charity and also is in charge of obtaining the food supply for our cats. She is also our contact person with the municipal authorities and vets.

Neta Ber – Neta is responsible for any contact with government offices.

Liliya Friedman – Our computer lady! Liliya is in charge of our website.

Karni Ness – By profession a photographer and personal trainer, Karni is responsible for recruiting “professional volunteers”. She is of course our photographer!

Orly Envah - Orly is our accountant and deals with the charity’s book keeping. In addition Orly helps many other charities with her financial expertise.

Sarah Gonen – An active “hands-on” volunteer at the sanctuary, Sarah also deals with our international correspondence and overseas donations.
